You have opened advent window 3

Melted Hot Chocolate with Sea Salt Whipped Cream
Today, we’re giving you something that should be in every good advent calendar, some chocolate. In particular, a delicious hot chocolate recipe from melted chocolate pieces and sea salt flavoured whipped cream. Perfect for a cozy, warm, Sunday morning. It’s really simple and takes literally 15 minutes to make.
You will need:
Method:

Start with the sea salt whipped cream.
Beat the cream and sugar in an electric mixer using the whisk attachment at moderate high speeds until the cream holds a very soft peak.
Gently whisk in the sea salt and cocoa powder until brown. Cover it up and set it aside.
To make the cocoa, melt down the chocolate pieces in the top of a double boiler, stirring constantly. Read more on how to melt down chocolate here. Then, add the honey and milk and continue stirring until it’s one fluid mixture and becomes very warm.
Pour out the cocoa between two serving glasses and top with the whipped cream and a pinch of sea salt for garnish.
Serve while hot and enjoy!
