No-one likes surprises when it comes to the bill and we don’t either. We offer clear and transparent pricing on all of our invoices and carry out the majority of larger works for a quoted or fixed price.
WPJ Services Ltd have a one hour minimum charge policy on all work carried out. After the first hour, work is then charged at half hourly intervals. If the job requires more engineers, they will be charged at the half hourly rate from their arrival on the job. All rates exclude the cost of materials, parts, parking and the congestion charge. All rates are subject to VAT at the current rate. We take the initial hour’s payment or a 50% job deposit for larger quoted works at the time the appointment is booked.
Our working and office hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm. We offer an out of hours service in the evenings upon request and a reduced Saturday service between 9am-4pm. Rates for all out of hours work are generally 1.5 times the normal hourly rate. Out of hours calls to our 24hr answerphone will be picked up and dealt with as soon as we are able.
