Meet The Team

Our History

WPJ Heating was founded in 2002 by Will Hawksley and PJ Luard, two engineers who wanted to build a
business based upon their own high values and work ethic.

The first time Will and PJ met, Will was busy fixing a leaking kitchen sink in Battersea, South West London
and all PJ could see were his legs! They discussed the intricacies of plumbing and boilers and realised
that instead of competing against each other for the same clients, they should join forces. The rest, as
they say, is WPJ Heating. ​

Today, WPJ Heating has grown to 26 employees. Our fleet of tradesmen now includes gas engineers,
plumbers, a drainage and pressure jetting team, multi-trade bathroom fitters, electricians and decorators.
And of course we’re always looking towards tomorrow – we have 6 young apprentices who are learning
important new skills as they strive to become members of our professional team.
