Landlord’s have to have their wits about them. There are always new rules and regulations to keep on top of to make sure both they and their tenants are properly protected.
WPJ can help with all this. We carry out annual gas safety checks and send email reminders to all Landlords on our system.
We service boilers to help avoid untimely breakdowns and we carry out Legionella tests to make sure all water tanks are clean. Regarding electrics, we do Portable Appliances Tests (PAT) for all electrical equipment in the property owned by the Landlord such as fridges and washing machines.
Of course we are only a phone call away if any other plumbing or drainage issue should arise.
